Explore the fundamentals of the color wheel, understand key color principles, and learn about analogous and complementary colors. This mini-class includes practical, real-time exercises with primary colors as well as creating brights, neutrals, transparent colors and glazing techniques. A hands-on approach will help you develop a strong understanding of color mixing and application.
MEET JANE DILL
I’m Jane Dill, an abstract artist and dedicated art teacher immersed in the colorful culture and textured landscapes of San Miguel de Allende, MX. I use plaster texture, acrylic, layering, and asemic writing to create vibrant, expressive paintings that capture the energy and spirit of this unique city. For the last 10 years, I've been sharing my passion with students of all levels, creating workshops where anyone can unlock their artistic potential. As an active and engaging mentor, I guide my students through experimentation and critique, igniting their creative spark and helping them discover their own unique vision. I teach workshops every month at the Galeria San Francisco here in San Miguel de Allende.
